Refund and Return Policy

At Robotech Jr., we strive to provide you with the best possible service and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please read the following Refund and Return Policy.

1. Return and Refund Eligibility

• Product Condition: We accept returns only if the product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
• Time Frame: You can request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Delivery Information

• COD (Cash on Delivery): We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for all orders.
• Delivery Cost: A flat delivery fee of $4 will be charged for all orders within Lebanon.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products may be non-refundable due to their nature. Please refer to product descriptions for more details on eligibility for return.

5. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you. But keep in mind that the policy is for the regular priced items, sale ones wont be within the policy of return if affected.
